Looking for the perfect tenant/situation. The front porch is gated and has views to the West... excellent sunsets. The home sits on approx 1 acre of private fully fenced land, that is mostly flat. The backyard is cross fenced and gated. I will leave the dog run in place that gives dogs access to a section of the attached two car garage. There are two areas to park RV's, trailers or possibly boats. Both bathrooms are much larger than average and both have been recently remodeled. The primary bedroom has its own deck/porch space, over-sized soaking tub, and large walk in closet. All kitchen appliances and fridge are included. Home is located down a private easement. Yes....there are horses, dogs, goats, rabbits, hawks, skunks, road-runners, ducks, coyotes and more wildlife here and/or nearby! NO ATV/Motorcycle tracks/riding and NO Commercial Operators/Storage/Mechanic Work/Landscape Truck/ Commercial Truck Storage etc. Do you have horses, dogs, pigs, goats, chickens or other farm animals... then maybe! Flexible to pets/livestock/RV's or Boats etc. MONTH TO MONTH for the first few months to see how we BOTH like the arrangement. The owner is a CA Lic. Real Estate Broker and this is a personal property. DOGS and HORSES considered on an individual basis and there may be a nominal fee and/or pet deposit/insurance required. All utilities are hooked up and on. You will be responsible for what you use. Utilities are NOT included in the rent price. NO SMOKING INDOORS of course.
