There are no stairs or upper/lower neighbors as the apartment building is all stretched out on one level. Unit 4 is neighbored to the north by the laundry room and to the south by another unit. Coin-operated washer dryer laundry room on site during warm months (March-November). FREE storage closet available in laundry room area. Tenant would need to provide padlock for security. Trash service, lawn care, and snow removal provided. Kitchen includes garbage disposal, range, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Rent is based on single or double occupancy with an increase of $75 for a third party. Cats and small dogs (25 lbs. or less) require a 1/2 month's rent non-refundable fee and a $25 increase in rent per pet per month (2 pet limit). Larger dogs (26+ lbs.) are accepted with the same fee, but a $50 increase in rent per month. Pet owners are asked to pick up their pet waste. Application (no fee) from owner includes a request for a minimum of one year positive rental history and one year positive work history OR proof of other stable, consistent income and living situation. The application is available upon request from owner and will be sent via email or may be picked up in person. Triple the stated rent is the expectation for your monthly income after taxes. Contract begins May 8 or after and runs through July 31, 2026 and is renewable annually. IF LIFE THROWS YOU A CURVE BALL and you need to end the lease on any other date, there is a 1/2 month's rent fee. Rent is due the first of the month every month until the unit is re-rented. Pro-rated rent will be refunded if the unit is re-occupied anytime other than the 1st of a month.
