Coin-operated washer dryer laundry room on site during warm months (March-November). FREE storage closet available in laundry room area. Tenant would need to provide padlock for security. Trash service, lawn care, and snow removal provided. Kitchen includes garbage disposal, range, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Rent is based on single or double occupancy with an increase of $75 for a third party. Cats and small dogs (25 lbs. or less) require a 1/2 month's rent non-refundable fee and a $25 increase in rent per pet per month (2 pet limit). Larger dogs (26+ lbs.) are accepted with the same fee, but a $50 increase in rent per month. Pet owners are asked to pick up their pet waste.
