Property Ratings at 800 Towers Apartments
Managers will gaslight and lie. Will say you didn't pay rent despite proof...I can't do the job and paperwork for you. My job is to pay my rent and be a good tenant.
I had some challenges while living here, primarily due to frequent issues like gas leaks, water shut-offs lasting hours, garage malfunctions risking vehicle security, and recurring elevator outages. Mold in my bathroom went unresolved for months despite reporting it and discussing it with management. Additionally, there was a delay in returning my security deposit, requiring multiple follow-ups and eventually contacting their accountant directly to correct a mailing error. On a positive note, the view and lounge area are quite nice. This review is based on my personal experiences and may not reflect those of others.
Stephen and the staff made my onboarding very easy and as soon as they showed me the brand new studio convertible I moved into, I was sold. My view is on the 25th floor with views of the entire west and south side of the city. All of my friends and family were extremely impressed with the facility and security. Also, the most unlikely benefit? It’s extremely quiet here. For having tenants above and below, I never see hear a soul. If you saw my view, you’d move immediately, no questions asked. AND, I’m literally 3 blocks from work. Perfect.

I was looking for a new place for my son and I closer to his school and closer to my job. Some place safe and secure. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by Hollis who was very friendly and had a huge smile on her face. I met with Steve who was so friendly abroad made my son laugh. We took a tour and decided to move in. At first we were denied but Steve advocated for me and worked to get me approved. He didn't have to do that. He went above and beyond. Most people would not do that. We were then approved and moved in a week later. We love it here and I highly recommend this as a place to reside. The staff is excellent night and day. Always are smiling and friendly. They treat you like family not like a resident.

Great professional people that get the job done ? Steven help made sure that I found exactly what I was looking for, and my new home met all my need.
The process going into the 800 towers was one that was definitely worth it this place is beautiful and I'm proud to call this home thanks to Stephen he made this worth it and made sure I was getting the best for the money I wanted to spend after a few hiccups I can say that in extremely excited and satisfied.

Although my wife and I only lived here for 3 months before being relocated for work, we very much enjoyed our stay! Management was friendly, the location is great, and the amenities are spectacular! Her and I had a 1 bedroom apartment w/ a den which was more than enough room for the two of us. Fortunately the community is also pet friendly, so our cat felt right at home too! If Life should ever take us back to Louisville, there is no question that 800 Tower will be the first place we look!

I moved in 10 months ago in the middle of renovation. Although it was inconvenient at the time, it was worth it to live in this wonderful place. Things have settled down now, and I couldn't be happier. Both management and tenants are friendly, and the view from my 12th floor apartment is beautiful especially at night in the glow of the city lights. It's a pet friendly complex, and there's plenty of greenspace across the street at the library for your dog to go potty. When something needs fixing, maintenance responds quickly. It's a short walk to 4th Street Live with restaurants and shops along the way. I'm a single woman living alone and feel completely safe in the neighborhood. The free Zero bus will take you through town if you're not a walker. You'll also find bicycles to rent along many streets. The Brown Theater and Palace Theater are one block away. You have all the amenities of New York and L.A. without the crowds. Come by and see for yourself what this place has to offer.
