About This Property

This furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is down a long driveway and is very private, with a fenced-in yard and plenty of parking. It is located in the coveted Piilani Villages in central Kihei, a nice neighborhood near the beaches and the new Kulanihakoi High School. The house has been completely remodeled. It also comes with all the kitchen amenities, including an air fryer, toaster, blender, coffee maker, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, etc. It comes with bedding. There are 4 TVs, one in the living room and in all 3 bedrooms. Currently, the third bedroom is being used as an office, perfect for a remote worker, and with a nice outdoor view. But we can easily convert it back into a bedroom with either a single or double bed. The washer and dryer is in the large garage. Half the garage will be available for storage. The master bath has a walk-in shower, toilet and two vanities (one with a sink, the other for getting ready). The other bath has a Jacuzzi-type tub. Included: electricity, water/sewer, high-speed internet, trash collection and once-a-month gardener.
