Enter the front door into the comfy and cozy front parlor which is nicely furnished and is the perfect place to relax, listen to music or read a book. Beyond the parlor, at the rear of the house, is the spacious living room with cathedral ceilings and exposed beams. This open-plan space includes a well-equipped galley kitchen and dining table along one end of the room. There is also a full bath on this level. Outside of the great room is a lovely private garden area, perfect for al fresco dining for four. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a full bath with separate shower and jetted tub. Walk out the garden gate to enjoy the charming seaside restaurants, theater, galleries and quaint shops of historic Rocky Neck. Dogs OK. Off-street parking for 2 cars. Utilities Included with exception of cable. First, last, & a non-refundable move in fee equal to 15% of one month's rent due at signing. No smoking. No events or parties.
