The unit is off of the main street, around the back of the complex. An outdoor pool for residents is right out the back door. The first floor has the kitchen (with dishwasher), the living room, the dining area, a small deck off of the sliding glass door, a large walk-in closet, and the half bath. The second floor has high ceilings with the full bath and the two bedrooms with large walk-in closets; there is also an additional walk-in linen closet in the hallway. The carport has space for two cars and has a lockable storage unit. The condo has new windows and a new sliding door as of August 2017. The association takes care of trash, recycling, snow removal and landscaping. All other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant(s). Rent is $1,425 per month plus utilities. Security deposit and lease required. No smoking please. The condo is in Forest Park off of Timber Lane in South Burlington, just around the corner from the city offices, FHT Middle School, South Burlington High School, and Veterans Memorial Park. A city bus stop is at the corner of Kennedy Drive and Timber Lane. Please reply with number of tenants, their relationship to one another, and the required move-in date.
