Located only 8.5 miles from downtown Savannah and a scenic 30-minute drive to Tybee Island, this home is a great retreat. Upon arrival, you will find a parking pad outside the screened-in patio. After parking, access the home through the patio to enter the house. Inside, you will be greeted by an open concept living area with a 70" TV complete with Roku in the living room. Multiple couches, including a queen-sized sleeper sofa, ensure plenty of space to relax. The dining room is connected to both the living room and the kitchen, featuring an oversized farmhouse-style table that seats 8 adults comfortably. The kitchen is newly updated with stainless steel appliances and the basics you will need to settle in and feel at home. With 5 generously sized bedrooms, there is plenty of room for large families or groups. Bedroom 1 has a king-sized bed with an additional queen-sized sleeper sofa, serving as the master suite with its own bathroom and an additional 50" TV with Roku. Bedroom 2 is perfect for kids, with two twins over full bunk beds, comfortably sleeping 6 kids. Bedroom 3 has a queen-sized bed and shares a jack-and-jill bathroom with bedroom 4, which has two full-size beds. Bedroom 5 rounds out the sleeping arrangements with a king-size bed. The home has 3 full bathrooms, a washer and dryer on-site, and a wonderful covered porch complete with a bar, lots of seating, and plenty of fun and games for all ages. While the house has a wheelchair ramp, it is not ADA compliant. Guests will not have to navigate any stairs except for the master suite, which has two steps leading down into the room. Pets are welcome with a fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. The location on the marsh provides the perfect backdrop for what makes Savannah so charming, with large mature trees dripping in Spanish Moss and breezy nights. It is close to dining, shopping, and adventure, within walking distance to Pearls Salt Water Grill, where you can enjoy a delicious meal with a gorgeous view. The house has a digital combo lock pad, and you will receive the code upon check-in. Check-in and check-out are automated to provide maximum privacy and flexibility. One of the king bedrooms requires going down a few stairs, while the rest are on the main level. For dock access, walk across the street to a little parking lot with a sign between the condos and the orange duplex. By the water, there is a metal gate leading to a long double-decker dock. A signed rental agreement is required, and guests must be 21 years of age to book. The property is undergoing some construction, but it should not interfere with your stay.
