Rates get cheaper the longer you stay, and with so much to do, why not take your time to explore this area, consistently rated one of the most scenic in the country. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs and offers stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and a cozy breakfast bar that seats four. The sunny open concept dining and living area features a dining table that seats six and comfortable furniture that surrounds the fireplace, with access to the back deck and new hardwood floors throughout. The back deck offers outdoor seating, a grill, and overlooks the golf course. Thanks to exclusive local partnerships, discounted tickets to the world-famous Cog Railway as well as 25 pool and gym passes at the fabulous Mountain View Grand Resort and Spa are available. A trash pickup is included with your cleaning fee at the end of your stay. Additional pickups during your stay are available between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm at a cost of $10 per pickup. This home is located next to the Mt. Washington Hotel and minutes away from Bretton Woods Ski Area. Just step inside and enjoy the neighborhood feel of Fairway Village, while still being nestled around the golf course and in between the mountains. Bretton Woods, New Hampshire's largest ski resort, is consistently rated number one in the East for snow and grooming and is a four-season destination with activities for all ages and all seasons. Being just minutes from the historical Mount Washington Hotel, one of the few remaining grand hotels of the White Mountains, you can enjoy its award-winning spa, restaurants, and a myriad of activities. In the heart of the White Mountains, Bretton Woods is the perfect home base to explore the innumerable attractions that they offer, including the Cog Rail, Santa's Village, Story Land, Clark's Trading Post, the Flume Gorge, and more. This house is located in a quiet, family-friendly resort area. It is not the right setting for a party or for groups looking to be loud and boisterous. All association rules and especially quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am must be followed. Parking is limited to two vehicles at the unit, with overflow parking available at the base of the ski area, 0.9 miles away. Violation of any of these rules may subject your party to immediate removal without any refunds. Guests are responsible for any fines levied by the association or the municipality for violation of local regulations. Unauthorized pets or guests are subject to a $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of quiet hours, and a $250 fee for smoking inside the unit. No trash or food is to be left outside at any time, with a $100 fee for violations. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts are subject to a $100 per hour fee. A laptop computer is not included in the home office set-up.
