About This Property
Due to the unique situation please SMS with "I understand the situation" when initiating contact. This apartment is a Park Ave Bilevel Apartment. The upper level has an activity room with an attached bathroom and minibar. It can be used as a bedroom. The main level has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen. The upper level is available right away while the remaining 3 rooms on the main floor are available from July 1st 2023 making this perfect transition for students who want to live together but perhaps, do not want to start on exactly the same date due to different commitments over the summer. This would also be perfect for a professional couple who want to utilize both floors for home offices and are open to sharing the apartment with the current tenants who need to stay in place until July 1st.The share of the upper-level rent between now and July 1st would be discussed between the new housemate and the existing tenants (2 women in 20s). The previous housemate paid about $1000. A 3rd housemate had to break the lease early due to unforeseen circumstances and landlord is trying to help out the two existing tenants from a sticky rent situation. The new housemate would be included on the current lease to July 1st and a new lease will be drawn up from July 1st.The folks who live there are wonderful and just need some flexibility over next two months. Feel free to reach out so you can talk to them and hopefully they bump into someone who needs just a room for 2 months and would like a whole lot more space after that for a longer-term lease.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
