This is perfect housing for a group of students or young professionals desiring full-featured residence in the Park Ave area. The apartment is on the second floor and attic space of a duplex unit - it is bi-level. There are 3 rooms and 1 bath on the main floor, and a single large room in the attic with its own bathroom and kitchenette/bar. The apartment comfortably houses 4 or 5 people. Usually, a couple will live in the large room in the attic while 2 or 3 others each occupy one room on the main level. We have also had arrangements where everyone lives on the main floor, and the attic space is used for entertainment and office space - bring your own imagination! The main floor also has a beautiful 3 season porch overlooking Regent St. There is a fireplace in the living room for colder nights. A dining room separates the kitchen from the living room. The attic bedroom is one large 800sqft room with cathedral ceilings. Note: This one ONE apartment, one single lease with shared utilities. Inquires on separately leasing the two spaces are simply ignored. There is whole-unit air conditioning and off-street parking for 3 cars. A professional couple live downstairs and have been tenants for the last 6-7 years. A small backyard is shared and maintained by management. There is a shed for bicycles in the yard. Half the basement is dedicated to storage space for the Unit 2, and residents enjoy their own washer and dryer. This house has Greenlight Internet service which residents pay for and maintain. Tenants pay for utilities and put trash on curb. Management pays for water and sewer. Credit of about 700 is required. Exceptions are made for students who have had less time to build credit. Management uses a rent collection platform that automatically reports timely payments that go towards credit building. No application or broker fee. Pet's welcome. Case by case.
