The second floor features a spacious suite with a king bed, sitting room, and full bathroom with a soaking tub. Tucked behind the main home is a charming cottage with a living room featuring family games, a queen bed, a full bathroom with shower, and an outdoor dining area with an umbrella. Additional perks include a beautiful lot with shady trees and tons of privacy, and it's just around the corner from the local favorite sandwich shop, Drakes Deli, serving breakfast and lunch. A $100 nonrefundable pet fee will be included for accommodating one dog under 50 lbs, provided the dog is up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained. Quiet hours are enforced between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. per St. Johns County ordinance. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay, and the minimum age to book is 21. No parties are allowed, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gatherings. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by the hosts prior to their arrival. A security camera is actively recording at the front door of the home. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to the camera may result in the reservation being canceled and guests being requested to vacate the premises. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including the front porch, and if evidence of smoking is found, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to additional fees, and door codes do not activate until the set check-in time. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. Pets are allowed with restrictions, and guests are responsible for any damages caused by pets during their stay.
