Nicely well kept apartments in the city of Cortland. The proximity to I 81, stores, coffee shops is very close. Each apartment has a nice open floor plan, and updated appliances. Some have new carpets, and vinyl flooring. Easy access to the washer/dryer, (one in each building). Quiet and Comfprtable is the outside area of these units.
