It has hardwood floors in the kitchen and living room and has heat AND hot water included! It is 2nd floor in a very quiet building. Both of the bedrooms are nicely sized and have great closet space. The kitchen has plenty of cabinet space and room for a table. Ample parking and coin op washer/dryer! Heat, hot water, cold water, sewer, lawn, snow and trash all included. Resident responsible for the electric Pet's negotiable for an additional $25 a month per pet Rental Criteria: $25 background and credit check for anyone over the age of 18 that will be residing in the apartment Credit score of at least a 600 from one of the applications (or a cosigner) Rental history (or a cosigner) 1 year lease required Application Process: We always recommend viewing the property before putting in a rental application (but it’s up to you!)
