It's been great summer. Activities have been awesome and we look forward to the next ones. The dirty pool could have been avoided, but thanks for clearing the pool deck from misbehaving residents. The exterior door closed on 9 is annoying though. Overall still a great experience as usual.

What began as a “temporary stop” while we moved to our new home city has turned into a 4+ year stay at 777 - a place that we love and that feels like home! The apartments are well-appointed and quiet, the floor-to-ceiling windows offer amazing views, the building is maintained well (with second-to-none maintenance and cleaning team members) and the amenities and tenant events cannot be beat. What makes this place truly unique and feeling like home, however, are the exceptional Resident Experience Associates (REAs). These team members do it all - addressing all manner of resident questions and requests - with grace and courtesy. Special thanks go to Courtney and Karina (who always greet me with a smile in the early mornings) and Austin (who faithfully keeps things going in the overnight hours).

I’ve provided reviews in the past regarding the outstanding service provided by our work-week REA staff. However, it’s been a few months, and while the work-week staff continues to provide great service to the residents, today I’d like to recognize the awesome service provided by one of our weekend REAs - Courtney. Courtney is always polite, courteous and helpful whenever you see him. Whether he is behind the reception desk or out performing other duties of the weekend REA, he is always kind, considerate and cheerful. If asked for something, he works to sort out the answer for you in a timely fashion. Having Courtney providing REA service as part of the weekend staff certainly makes us happy to call 777 home. I like he apartment style, best in town. All the parties they organize for the residents are varied and it often comes with a well thought playlist and activity. The apartment and amenities are very comfortable. No regret!

There was a art gallery event that was hosted at the building with wine and a fine charcuterie board and it was wonderful. Great pieces of art, nice vibe, overall great event. You want a apartment that hosts great resident events the 777 is where you want to be!!!!

Besides the beauty of the facilities and residents, Karina is fantastic. I'm in my second Pup sitting visit to 7SEVENTY7 and received a warm welcome on both visits. On my 2nd visit she even remembered my name which in and of itself is a feat considering the number of people she must meet and interact with on a daily basis. I just moved in a few weeks ago. So far so good! everyone is so nice and so welcoming. It truly feels like home. The amenities are fabulous. This is place if top tier!

I loved the 7seventy7 when I first moved into the community and two years later I still love the community. The staff is still extrenely helpful and pleasant, amentities are still up to par, the events that are done for the residents are great and the apartment still screams luxury. 7Seventy7 is still the place in Milwaukee to be for fine downtown living

We just moved in and 7Seventy7 made the process so smooth! The amenities are amazing and everyone is so kind. The building is in a great location to the lakefront and parking is very convenient.

The best place to live! The management is awesome, if anything is broken maintenance will have it fixed within the hour, and the residence are super friendly.

Very nice apartment with excellent staff and amenities! In a great location in Milwaukee and close to many nice bars and restaurants. The pool and balcony are wonderful!

Great amenities, friendly staff. Workout room is fantastic—full of weights and a separate Peloton room with free account. Very convenient dog run in 9th floor that is kept clean every day.

Beautiful view of the lake and the city from the very nice balcony! The balcony is large enough for some comfy patio furniture and a little rug!
