This is it! I'm sorry we are not interested in weekly or short term rentals. Minimum 3 month lease prefer 4 months. 3 bedroom 1 bath rustic cabin on the shores of Paradise Lake! Just a short drive to Mackinaw City and all the fun! Sleeps 6. NON SMOKING Summer tenant pays for for the electric, trash, internet/cable TV (Charter Spectrum available if you want it) and lawn maintenance. $250 non refundable cleaning deposit due at lease signing. $2,500 a month rent. Security deposit $3750 No laundry on site. Mackinaw City, Alanson or Cheboygan have laundromats. This is a really peaceful setting on a great quiet lake. Enjoy a day reading a book on the enclosed porch or go out on the lake fishing or swimming. Paradise Lake is an ALL SPORT lake. Bring your boat! Ride your bike down to the marina and get an ice cream or take your boat or kayak over. This cottage was built in the 1800's and needs to be treated carefully. Prefer tenants that appreciate the history will take care of it. It has a lot of charm and is a very comfortable place to enjoy a Northern Michigan Summer! Serious inquires only please. Not flexible on shorter lease terms or price. Not able to be shown until spring.
