About This Home

6 Month Lease, $1,100 deposit, Available Jun 1

This residence is located roughly 5 minutes from several major shopping centers in downtown Laurel and walking distance to Laurel Lake with a well-maintained walking path leading you around the lake. The community is very nice and quiet as it is mostly full of families. I have been in this home since the end of 2020 and have really enjoyed living here between the convenience of being close to any stores I need, and in a central location between DC, Annapolis, and Baltimore. I’m also pretty active so being a short walk to the mile loop around the lake is perfect. I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, kind, and likes to have fun. Currently it is just my girlfriend and I living here. The second master bedroom will be all yours and it has great natural light during the day. There is also a furnished basement and living room that are common areas in addition to the kitchen. Please no couples, children, or pets.

This is a very large master bedroom (22' x 13') with private bathroom, skylight, and large closet. Utilities are included in the rent. The bathroom and bedroom walls, doors, and trim have all been repainted to brighten things up, and make things look a bit warmer! All units in the home have access to their own bathrooms, a laundry room, common utilities, and amenities such as the deck out back, and basement/garage for storage.

7937 Ashford Blvd is a townhome located in Prince George's County and the 20707 ZIP Code.

City - Laurel

Laurel sits at the geographic midpoint between Washington, D.C., and Baltimore, a position that shapes nearly everything about daily life here. Founded as a mill town along the Patuxent River in the early 19th century, the city has evolved into a well-connected community with a strong presence of government and technology employers. Fort Meade, the National Security Agency, and Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory are all located nearby, making Laurel a practical base for professionals working in defense and research. The historic Main Street district anchors the city's identity with brick storefronts, the Laurel Museum, and independently owned businesses. Neighborhoods like Laurel Lakes, Russett, and Montpelier each carry a distinct character, ranging from lakefront recreation areas to tree-lined residential streets. Capitol Technology University and the Laurel College Center also contribute an educational dimension to the community.
