Smoking indoors or near windows is prohibited and will result in a $1000 fee. Parties or excessive noise are not allowed, with a penalty of $1000 for violations. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The laundry room is shared with upstairs guests, and the backyard is also a shared space. Please be mindful of the upstairs guests and the shared nature of the property.
