Additional pet deposit is $400 for one ($500 for two) and $35 per month pet fee for one pet ($50 per month for two). Renter's insurance is required. Basic qualifications are: reasonably good credit, stable, verifiable income 2.5 times monthly rent, and positive landlord references. We do not accept portable tenant screening reports.
