About This Property
Spacious, lofted two bedroom, one bath unit! Quiet neighborhood and a central location. Fully updated appliances (refrigerator, dish washer, induction stove) along with brand new carpet. Lots of living space! This home has been renovated and split into two units: this primary unit for rent, plus a small mother-in-law unit that is occupied by us, the house owners. Units have separate entrances and shared garage and in-unit laundry access. Within walking distance of downtown Flagstaff and easy bike access to NAU and the Flagstaff Urban Trail System. Driveway parking available for two cars maximum. Half of the garage space is available for tenants for use/storage.There is a fully fenced yard and we are open to tenants having a dog! However, we would need the dog to be introduced to our dog (she loves other dogs) prior to approval or lease signing, just to be sure there would be compatibility with a shared yard space.

Tucked into the mountains in the middle of the Coconino National Forest, Flagstaff encompasses everything fascinating about Arizona. It is in the shadow of the state's tallest mountain -- Humphreys Peak, and it is home to the Arizona Snowbowl Ski Resort. It is also near the Wupatki National Monument, Walnut Canyon National Monument, Meteor Crater, and Grand Canyon National Park. But while the outdoor adventures in Flagstaff range from hiking and mountain biking to snow skiing and snowboarding, this isn't just a resort city -- Flagstaff is home to Northern Arizona University, a top-ranked, public research university established in 1899.
Being home to one of the world's best universities is just the beginning. Flagstaff is also the location of the Lowell Observatory, one of the oldest observatories in the country, dating back to 1894. Considered one of the world's most important places, the observatory was where Pluto was discovered in 1930.
