This house has wood look laminate flooring throughout, and is freshly painted. It has a large kitchen, dining room and living room with decorative fireplace, and a half bathroom on the first floor. It has 4 bedrooms and a full bathroom on the second floor, and the third floor has two finished rooms. It has washer and dryer hook ups in the basement, and comes with a stove, but no refrigerator. There is off street tenant parking, and a small back yard. The monthly rent amount is $775. A security deposit of $775 will also be required. Tenant pays all utilities and is responsible for lawn care and snow removal. Pets considered on a case by case basis. If accepted, they will require an additional deposit. Maximum 2 pets. Non Smoking lease. Not Section 8 eligible. This property is professionally managed by Southern Sky Realty. We run a credit, criminal and eviction check on all applicants aged 18 years and older, and require a non refundable $40 per person fee to do so. We do not accept evictions in the past 5 years.
