Running around in model homes, biking over construction sand, and jumping into a huge recycling bin a time or two (when I was a kid, of course!) was my first introduction to the world of real estate. I basically grew up in new construction, where my mom, Leslie Boulet, Owner of SunHaven Real Estate, sold new homes throughout my life. This environment sparked my interest and passion for new homes, fixer-uppers, and real estate in general. I was fortunate to work for Long Realty Company and join the Miramonte Homes sales team in Flagstaff, AZ, in 2017. Working alongside fantastic agents, I quickly learned the new construction process and 5yrs of hardcore sales experience. As the lead agent at the Switzer Canyon Luxury Townhomes, I realized that real estate is so much more than just transactions; it’s about building relationships! I spent six years with Miramonte Homes and am forever grateful for that experience. Throughout that time I had the opportunity to guide many homeowners through their traditional real estate endeavors, as well as nail down some key marketing strategies I learned through the Mashore Coaching Program. Soon my two beautiful daughters made their grand debut, we flipped one house ourselves, and we purchased our current home. Now, finishing my eighth year as a Realtor®, I’m so excited that my husband and I are now a dynamic duo! We are hustling harder than ever to guide clients through a successful close. We look forward to many more years in this field, developing wonderful relationships with our buyers and sellers.
