This property is comprised of four intimate, attached four family buildings with each building having their own secured entry. This property is a recent complete gut rehab located off Big Bend Blvd. which falls directly in the middle of the coveted and trendy Webster Groves neighborhood. Everything is new, which means ultra low utility bills. New HVAC - central heating & cooling, windows, plumbing, high end LED lights and newer custom built kitchen with energy efficient stainless steel appliances. All apartments in this building come with a complimentary private lockable storage unit, one-bedroom apartments in this building come with in-unit laundry, two-bedroom units have shared laundry. Water, sewer & trash utilities are included in rent, gas and electric are the responsibility of the tenant. *Garage parking is available for an additional monthly fee on a first come, first serve basis.* Big Bend Apts are pet-friendly and accommodate both cats and dogs. We have a two-pet maximum limit per apartment and we do charge $25 per month, per pet in pet rent. We offer professional management services, including on-site maintenance Monday-Friday and emergency maintenance over the weekends. Tenants have access to an online portal for submitting maintenance requests and processing contactless rent payments via debit/credit cards or bank accounts. We also have an office located conveniently nearby in Brentwood where you are always welcome to drop off a personal check or certified funds as well if that is your preference. Resident is required to obtain an occupancy permit from the city of Webster Groves – which you can do very easily online through their website and we do require renter's insurance as a condition of our lease agreement. The occupancy limit for a one-bedroom unit is 2-Occupants and the limit for a two-bedroom unit is 4-Occupants per municipal regulation. This is strictly a non-smoking community.
