Resident is required to obtain an occupancy permit from the city of Webster Groves – which you can do very easily online through their website and we do require renter's insurance as a condition of our lease agreement. The occupancy limit for a one-bedroom unit is 2-Occupants and the limit for a two-bedroom unit is 4-Occupants per municipal regulation. This is strictly a non-smoking community.
