Early move-in options are available. The rental has an open concept kitchen with a full size oven/stove, a beautiful large butcher block counter, ample cupboard space, an organic AVOCADO King mattress with bed frame and a full size fridge. The apartment is outfitted with all new high efficiency LED light fixtures. The bathroom is large with a full size soaking tub/shower. It is located in Nampa on a private acre. The studio will include a designated outdoor area which can be used for outdoor eating space or patio chairs, one designated street parking space (street parking is acceptable for guests or any additional resident), and utilities. The monthly rent is $900, plus an additional flat fee of $250 for utilities. Total monthly cost is $1,150 all-in. These utilities include: water, electricity, garbage, internet, parking, and sewer. Washer and dryer are NOT included. Hook ups are unfortunately not available. Please note: The utilities will be included up to a reasonable dollar amount and if utility costs are exceeded by 125% anticipated/average use then an additional fee will be charged.
