Im taking $550.00 plus a month off, totaling over $6,600.00 for the year off rent to do repairs, fix up and miaintain house. repairs known are: Remove some furniture debris inside and outside, Repair kitchen cabinets couple faces on drawers and install lower decorative wood finish kickplate, repair bathroom door vanity cabinet door, replace and hang several interior doors, replace bathroom medicine cabinets, repair bedroom interior door frame, patch a couple small drywall holes, put up a mailbox, needs a water heater, snake bathroom tub other normal home repairs. I dont know yet the rest. House has tile floors in kitchen, living and master bedroom, newer paint outside, newer roof, newer style windows, newer garage door and opener, newer AC, fenced back yard. Deposits required are 1st month, last month and security. Security depends on credit, usually same as rent if really good credit. If lower credit i get higher security deposits. I also may waive credit check with larger security. I may allow small pets with additional deposit. No aggressive breeds. No roomys. Im looking for good tenants that can pay on time, can do home repairs and want to fix house up to make it a nice home for themselves for a long term rental. Looking to rent house now. Application fee is $50 per adult. House will be on a coded lock box for viewing. If you have all deposits ready and can do home repairs then call Victor for code.
