Terrible landlord and neighbors.
Went 16 consecutive days without power and recieved very little compensation for the hotel costs, a mere $250 off of rent. For 16 days in a hotel. Landlord is not only rude but unresponsive as well. It takes several texts over several days to get through to her for anything regardless how urgent. The walls and floors are extremely thin and the neighbors are extremely rude, I lived in an upstairs unit and if I so much as dropped my phone the downstairs neighbors would hit their ceiling very hard over and over again. Avoid living here at all costs.
