Grill, fire pit, sunroom, backyard. We are renting our incredible ranch home in Boiceville, NY (Olive) - unfurnished or fully furnished ($3200) on 1 acre of land. About the house: - 3 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms (en suite with stand up shower and hallway bathroom with tub) - washer/dryer - dishwasher - backyard with fire pit - driveway - sun room - grill - minutes from grocery store/farmers market - access to town pool/hiking/ski/snowboarding/biking/tubing - access to Rail Trail The house can come fully furnished with designer furniture (USM Haller, Herman Miller, Le Corbusier). There is A/C in the main bedroom and a ceiling fan in the kitchen. Renter will pay for electricity/internet and propane for cooking + excess oil. The appliances are older but work perfectly (you know those 80s/90s machines are indestructible). Both bathrooms are newly renovated with lots of storage in a closet and under the sinks. All 3 bedrooms have closets. We use the 3rd room (not pictured) as a laundry room/spill over room but are happy to send pics to those seriously interested.
