This is Non-Refundable and can be used toward any unit you choose within 60 days. We require a 620 or better credit score. If the score is lower, we do allow cosigners or 3 months’ rent in advance. We require that all units be seen by the tenant or a representative of the tenant prior to renting. This can include video tours in some cases. Pet policy: $25 per month per pet non refundable. Limit 2 Cats are welcomed - 2 cats per unit are allowed. Dogs under 50lbs are welcome with proof of renters insurance. Unfortunately, due to insurance regulations, we are not able to allow the following breeds: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids, Charpaes, Mastiffs, St Bernards, and any dog with a mature weight expecting to exceed 50 lbs.
