Enjoy the peaceful ambiance and explore nearby attractions from this ideal home base. The upper level includes all 3 bedrooms, each with a queen memory foam mattress, 2 full bathrooms stocked with toiletries, and a washer and dryer. The main level offers a fully equipped dine-in kitchen with major appliances, a great room with a Smart TV, fireplace, and cozy seating, and a half bathroom. Outside, enjoy the hot tub, grill on the BBQ, and relax on the patio with seating. Easy access via a half-mile trail to the beautiful Gallatin River. There is free parking at the property for 2 vehicles. Located in a newly developed subdivision within the Four Corners neighborhood of Bozeman, this home offers convenient access to attractions in all directions: north to Belgrade, east to downtown Bozeman, south to Big Sky and West Yellowstone, or west to Norris. Four Corners is a vibrant area with a variety of businesses including bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and a fly-fishing shop. You'll also find yourself just 1 mile from Bozeman Hot Springs, 8 miles from MSU, 29 miles from Bridger Bowl Ski Area, and 44 miles from Big Sky Resort. Yellowstone National Park is a scenic 88-mile drive away. Bozeman is the biggest town nearby and is where you will be able to find anything you need. There are grocery stores, pharmacies, hospitals, and more. It’s approximately a 20-minute drive away. Bozeman is known as “the most livable place” for good reason. Enjoy world-renowned fly fishing, and stunning mountains for hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, skiing, hunting, and backcountry exploring. Yellowstone National Park and abundant wildlife are also nearby. Don’t miss out on Bozeman’s city experience - explore the vibrant arts and culture scene with main street festivals, farmers markets, cultural centers, museums, symphonies, theaters, and art galleries. The house is located in a subdivision. No loud parties or late night noise. Treat the home, the furnishings, and the neighbors with respect. Check-in time is at your convenience, anytime after 4 pm, and check-out time is 11 am. If you need a late checkout, requests can be accommodated up to 24 hours in advance of your arrival for a fee of $25 per hour. Unplanned late checkouts will be charged $50 per hour, with a 10-minute grace period before the charge is incurred. While this may seem strict, it reflects the charges incurred from the cleaning team when they have to wait for departure before they can begin cleaning. A laptop computer is not included.
