This 2-story home features two bedrooms downstairs, both with doors that lead out to the deck with amazing views of the tree filled hillsides. Convenient walk-in slate shower in the downstairs bathroom with a window that allows the fresh Ojai and Ventura to air waft through. Head upstairs through the French doors that open up to the main bedroom and bathroom. Gorgeous bathroom with its’ walk-in shower or take a relaxing soak in the deep bathtub. Speaking of soaks, take advantage of the hot tub that sits just outside this bedroom’s door that leads to a large patio deck with the hot tub that overlooks, yes you guessed it, the hillsides. Just 15 minutes north you can spend your days shopping, hiking, bike riding and exploring in the Ojai valley and come home to get ready to enjoy a night out in downtown Ventura just 15 minutes south. The beach is just a 15-minute drive or take the bike path that takes you directly to the beach. The house doesn't offer air conditioning, just open the doors for the air to run through the house, we've just never seemed to need it in the 15 years we've called it home. Also, there is heating downstairs but the upstairs you'll find a plug-in heater for the occasional cool summer night. One month minimum rental and up to 3 months, perfect for the upcoming summer.
