It has a large, underground storm shelter. The top of the shelter can be used for additional outdoor living space. Pets are accepted with additional costs. To make this house your home, you need a take-home income of at least $5,000 per month. You must be honest and be good at paying your bills. We can work with people who have a checkered past if they are no longer doing dumb stuff. The rent does not include any utilities.
