Please keep all doors closed and the air conditioning on at all times to prevent condensation and property damage. Guests may experience increased noise levels due to nearby construction. The public beach and Hollywood Beach Boardwalk do not allow pets, but service animals are always welcome. A $50 registration fee and a $100 security deposit hold are authorized at check-in.
