Getting around OUTSIDE OF THE COMMUNITY For all the theme parks and various sites to visit, the best way to get around is by car. Although there are other modes of transportation, a private vehicle is best. AROUND THE COMMUNITY The property is centrally located to all the amenities in the community. Each amenity can be accessed by simply walking within the community. A detailed map of the community will be provided upon your stay. Other things to note Rental Policies: • Check-in: 4:00 PM / Check out: 10:00 AM • Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate • No smoking / No pets allowed • By state law, occupancy of the property must not be exceeded • A 20% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking • Final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival • A 13.5% sales and tourist tax is not included in the nightly rate • A one-time cleaning fee is required for all stays • Daily housekeeping services are available upon request • Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. A utility bill with the same address as the card billing address is also required. Pre-paid cards are not accepted. Please leave the trash in the container by the front door. The trash must be bagged and will be picked up each day. If you have time, please strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry. If you have time to start one load of laundry, that's great, but if not, no worries. Pool heating must be requested prior to arrival. Pool heating has a daily fee and must be requested for consecutive days. Any guests not listed on the lease for the home are subject to a $200 fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people who will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access. Thank you!
