Minimum 1 Year lease. [3/21/24 UPDATE: OPEN HOUSE & VIEWING THE INTERIOR of #3 at 775 Summit Information: The Current Tenants who will be moving out by the end of March 24, have agreed to allow prospective new renters inside by APPOINTMENT. APPOINTMENTS MAY BE AVAILABLE: DAILY, to the end of March, 5pm to 8pm DEPENDING IF THE CURRENT RENTERS ARE HOME, AND WILLING TO SHOW THE INTERIOR THAT DAY AND TIME, OF COURSE. Text or Call me at (9_5_1) 2_3_0 - 5_6_6_1 with your Requested Interior Viewing Appointment Time. I will Text the current Renters to see if that Day & Time is convenient for them, and Text you back with a Confirmation or request for another Day / Time. I rent #2 and #3 long term. #4 is rented as a Study / Office / Weekend retreat by a Doctor. Condo Details Open kitchen / living room layout with breakfast bar and stools. Balcony upstairs off of master bedroom has a "Peek A Boo" view of Snow Summit ski slopes main run and lodge. Gas assist fireplace that will burn small wood fires. Backyard with many large pines. Appliances Included Fridge / Freezer 4 Burner gas stove & oven Over range Microwave / vent Dishwasher & garbage disposal Natural gas central air furnace are all full size and are covered for repair or replacement as long as rent is current. Unit includes apartment size stacked clothes washer & dryer that is loud but works, but is not repaired or replaced by O_w_n_e_r under lease.
