Situated in the exclusive DeBordieu Colony, a private oceanfront gated community near Pawleys Island, South Carolina, this villa offers access to miles of beach and tidal creeks, an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths, and a delightful year-round climate. The community is conveniently located between Charleston and Myrtle Beach, making it an ideal spot for exploring nearby attractions. This property adheres to a strict no pets and no smoking policy on the premises. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. The maximum number of vehicles allowed is two cars and one golf cart, with a $20 fee per vehicle to enter the community. Restricted vehicles include RVs, motorcycles, motorbikes, jet skis, and gas-powered golf carts. Summer check-in day is Saturday.
