Property Ratings at 77 North in Thousand Oaks
I chose this apartment building because it is so well kept and has great amenities. The on-site gym is a plus. My two-bedroom unit is great for work from home. There is also a Conference Room that's available to work in or have Zoom meetings. A terrific apartment complex in Thousand Oaks.
Management has not addressed the high rate of mail/ package theft. Multiple tenants have had several packages stolen on more than one occasion. Also costly for its location.
Nice design and layout. Has a hotel feel. Management staff is cool.
Beautiful place to live , only down part is the dog pee smell that’s been lingering for months now . It really disappoints when your own guest are disgusted .
