The heating and cooling system runs off a boiler system; when the weather outside is below 68 degrees, the heat will automatically turn on whether it's on cool or heat. If you'd like hot air to stop blowing, simply turn the system off and open the balcony door to cool the space. The unit is not childproofed in any way, and you will be responsible to make sure your children are safe in the unit. If not checked out by 11am, you agree to pay a $50 fine. If any sign or smell of smoke is encountered after check out, you agree to pay a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed at this property. Only the specific number of guests noted in the booking are allowed on premises unless approved in writing. If the guest exceeds the occupancy noted in the reservation, all guests and/or visitors to the property will be immediately evicted without refund for unused days remaining.
