Washer and Dryer in home xfinity hi speed wifi included Utilities (Electric, water, garbage) is around $100 a month and water is paid bi-monthly so some months are cheaper than others Shared full bathroom, other full bath is in the master which is already rented Other residents are males in there late 20's and early 30's, 420 friendly Month to month lease with proof of income and positive rental history First months rent and $500 security deposit required before moving in, if you are selected I do require a non refundable $200 deposit that will be put toward the security deposit (this is to keep me from wasting my time in case people are a no show) Common areas are professionally cleaned once a month, currently fixing things up in the room listed (fresh paint) but will be available in the next couple weeks but I can show the room now There is a simplisafe doorbell camera, no other cameras Off street parking is available for smaller cars, Discount on rent for no vehicle Rental price is unfurnished but I can provide a queensize purple mattress for an extra $25 a month with sheets and basics More house pictures coming soon, please contact for showing
