Off the kitchen is a laundry room that includes a washer and dryer. Upstairs you'll find 3 other very large bedrooms and another bathroom. There is a back door that leads to a covered enclosed patio. The entire property is fenced in making it great for pets which are allowed up to 50 lbs with a $250 pet fee and $50/month pet rent. The backyard consists of a large shed that is halfway enclosed with the other half being a covered patio. Within the last 5 years the following have been installed: new central AC/heat, hot water heater, windows, and roof. Tenant pays all utilities which are TRM Disposal, Warren County Oil, but the home is on a well so no water bill! 12 month lease minimum. Renters Insurance Required.
