Located in Lincolnville, home to the largest concentration of late Victorian era buildings in the city and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this home is within walking distance of many shops, top restaurants, art galleries, and attractions. It's a 10-minute walk to the Lightner Museum, White Room, and Flagler College, a 15-minute walk to St. George Street, and a 20-minute walk to the Fort. The St. Augustine Distillery, St. Augustine Fish Camp, and San Sebastian Winery are also nearby. The beach is a 10-minute drive away. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance. No vaping, smoking, or illegal drugs are allowed on the property, including marijuana. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage caused by themselves or guests during their stay. If booking for a wedding group or bachelor/bachelorette party, an additional security deposit will be required. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If there are more guests on the premises than notated in the reservation, an additional fee may be charged. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to the security camera at the front door may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check-in. The dog must be over 1 year of age, up to date on vaccinations, have flea treatment, and be potty trained. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of ($50 per pile). Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $100/hr. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. You are required to follow the house rules written and posted in the house during your stay or risk being removed from the property. Any excessive mess will result in loss of security deposit in the additional amount that is needed to pay cleaners. [SI]
