The spacious and open-air design overlooking the crystal clear blue waters of Oahu’s eastern shore makes this beachfront villa aptly fit for entertaining and is ideal for a family reunion or an escape to paradise with a group of friends. This villa is not equipped with air conditioning, but thanks to the tradewinds over the ocean on the eastern side and ceiling fans throughout, you’ll be cool, comfortable and relaxed. Being on the windward side of Oahu with a multitude of sliding doors and windows throughout, the home is breezy thanks to the soft winds blowing in from over the ocean. The expansive common spaces include a large kitchen outfitted with several stainless steel appliances and a large center island for any chef to feel fully comfortable in their culinary elements while entertaining guests. Overlooking the kitchen is the formal indoor dining area with seating for 6 and views of the lush, oceanfront backyard and tall palms swaying in the breeze as well as two living areas both with plush sofas for your comfort. The Main Bedroom Suite on the upper level boasts a comfortable king-size bed, a balcony with full-fledged ocean and Kailua Bay views, a ceiling fan, and a large private ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and dual vanities. The beach view second bedroom and garden view third guest bedroom are both located on the upper level and furnished with a king bed, ceiling fan, and access to a shared full bath with a soaking tub. Also on the upper level, guest bedroom four has a king bed and guest bedroom five has a queen bed, both with stunning and expansive ocean views. Bedrooms four and five share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and single vanity. Guest bedroom six is located on the main level of the villa and offers garden views, a king bed, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and single vanity with ample counter space. There’s an additional full bath/ powder room on the ground level of the home as well with a shower for your convenience. Apart from the beach directly in your backyard, Kailua Hale Kahakai is located within walking distance to some of Oahu’s most prized attractions.
