About This Home
Inspired by the art and architecture of the Venetian island of Burano in Italy, this condominium seeks to replicate the feel of the island’s unique and colorful homes. The impressive 48-storey sculptured glass tower rises out of the historical Addison on Bay and soars above a 3-storey podium. This comfortable 1-bedroom 1-bathroom suite with a balcony and unobstructed downtown view has everything you need to feel at home. As you enter the building, you will immediately find yourself in awe of the stunning lobby. Replicating an art gallery and featuring plush lounge seating, one of the highlights of the Burano entrance is arguably Sandro Martini’s Glass Memory. This level of artistry is imbued in all of Burano’s features and amenities and is what makes it stand out from other Toronto condos. The suite includes a fully functional kitchen with supplies such as tea, coffee, a kettle, coffeemaker, and toaster. There is also a washer and dryer with supplies, and a bathroom equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and other toiletries you may have forgotten at home. Underground parking with in and out privileges is available upon request for an additional fee of $12.5 per night. It's recommended to request it in advance as spaces may be limited. In case of no availability, there is paid underground parking 100 meters from the building at 27 Grosvenor St. The price is $30 per 24 hours on weekdays and $16 on weekends. Pets are allowed in the apartment with a fee of $10 per night for one pet. Travel crib for babies 0-18 months and bed rails are available at $5 per item per night. Please book in advance. Guests need to be 18 or over to check in. Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given are not allowed into the building. These are mandatory requirements, and if you do not agree to provide this information, a refund cannot be guaranteed. A refundable deposit of $500 is required. If smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit, or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.

Serving up equal portions of charm and sophistication, Toronto’s tree-filled neighbourhoods give way to quaint shops and restaurants in historic buildings, some of the tallest skyscrapers in Canada, and a dazzling waterfront lined with yacht clubs and sandy beaches.
During the summer, residents enjoy cycling the Waterfront Bike Trail or spending lazy afternoons at Balmy Beach Park. Commuting in the city is a breeze, even on the coldest days of winter, thanks to Toronto’s system of underground walkways known as the PATH. The path covers more than 30 kilometers and leads to shops, restaurants, six subway stations, and a variety of attractions.
You’ll have a wide selection of beautiful neighbourhoods to choose from as you look for your Toronto rental. If you want a busy neighbourhood filled with condos and corner cafes, Liberty Village might be the ideal location.
