Visit two of the big island’s popular beaches, Kahaluu Beach Park and White Sands Beach, which are minutes away from the home and return in the evening to experience the famous Kona sunsets from your own backyard. Enjoy complete privacy during your stay inside a gated acre of tropical lushness with mature Hawaiian landscaping that includes a variety of colorful and aromatic flowering plants, fruit trees and palms. A private courtyard entrance welcomes you into the home, which boasts a tastefully appointed interior enriched with contemporary artwork to bring the colors of the ocean indoors. The main living space features large custom glass doors that open out to an expansive 70-foot lanai and truly allow for seamless indoor-outdoor living.  The lanai also features a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and breath-taking infinity pool to take in the spectacular sweeping sunset views. The Accommodation: Nothing has been spared in this beautiful home to make your stay comfortable and relaxing! The master bedroom takes full advantage of the home’s stunning views. It features a brand new California King bed, overhead fan, and glass sliding doors out to the lanai to look out over the ocean every morning. The en suite bathroom features double vanities, a walk-in closet, a soaking tub, a triple-headed indoor shower, and a fabulous private outdoor shower surrounded by a 7-foot lava rock wall. The two garden bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms, feature queen size beds, overhead fans, access out onto private lanais with views of the garden (perfect for reading), custom work stations, and large walk in closets to unpack your suitcases and stay for a while. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen walks out to an outdoor breakfast bar with state-of-the-art appliances and features stunning maple cabinetry, a party size ice maker, and wet bar with wine cooler. The breakfast bar is equipped with a gas barbeque as well as a mini refrigerator. The private home office just off the 3-car garage is equipped with a large desk, wireless printer and high speed (50 Mbps) internet.  The Pool The brand new infinity pool is just outside the living room doors and is surrounded by a spacious lanai with plenty of lounge chairs. Sit back and relax as you take in the views ….. The Amenities LG washer/dryer, 50' flat screen TV, cable TV (living room and master bedroom), Décor appliances in fully stocked gourmet kitchen, linens and towels. Daily or weekly housekeeping provided upon request. Wireless high-speed internet access also available poolside. This property will accommodate up to 8 adults.
