Instructions for accessing the garage will be provided prior to your arrival. Additional parking is available in the same garage and costs ~$30/day. Metered street parking is available throughout the neighborhood. Keep in mind Milwaukee requires anyone parking on the street overnight to register for a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights by calling the city and requesting one. The garage has a vertical clearance of 6'6" which is enough for most consumer vehicles but may not accommodate larger vehicles such as RVs or full-size vans. In walking distance, you'll find the Third Ward neighborhood, Marcus/Pabst/Riverside Theaters, Milwaukee Public Market, Cathedral Square Park, the Riverwalk, Anodyne Coffee, and countless restaurants and bars. Within a 5-minute drive, you can reach Fiserv Forum, Milwaukee Art Museum, Walker's Point neighborhood, and Summerfest. There is a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces, and a $150 fine will be assessed in addition to any remediation fees that may apply. Quiet time is after 10pm. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
