The condo also has updated tile in the entryway, bathroom and kitchen as well as tasteful and practical all weather outdoor furniture to sit and enjoy the sounds and views of the ocean on the lanai. Enjoy ocean views while lounging on the sofa. Entertain guests with the kitchen just off the living area or on the lanai. The floor plan provides a nice separation between the master bedroom which is en suite and the spacious open living area with its guest bath. This concrete building allows for quieter living than other wood structure options and includes an elevator! This condo is located on the second floor over the parking garage – there are no ground floor units in this project. The Kona By The Sea complex is a well-maintained community with a plethora of amenities including an oceanfront pool surrounded by a large pool deck for lounging. Take a plunge in the hot tub or dig your toes into the private sandy area. Prepare tropical meals on one of the many oceanside BBQs while watching the sunset. The concrete building and elevators make access to the units a breeze. Other amenities include high speed internet, covered parking, and 24 hour security. Electricity will also be provided for up to $200 a month included in the rent, anything over that will be an additional charge. Please note: anyone traveling to Hawaii from out of state will need to quarantine for 14 days upon arrival. With a 6 month lease you can quarantine in the condo. Rental Requirements: - Monthly rent includes water, trash, basic cable, and high speed internet. Electricity will also be provided for up to $200 a month included in the rent, anything over that will be an additional charge. - Available now, for a 6 month lease. - Unit will be professionally cleaned upon move in and needs to be in the same condition upon move out with our cleaners, as well as carpet and upholstery. - Any fines and/or infractions for violations against House Rules are at the tenant’s expense. - No pets are allowed. - No smoking, including medical marijuana, or illegal drugs are allowed in/on the property or lanais and are grounds for immediate eviction. - Security deposit is one month’s rent. - If rented on a 6 month or one year lease, there is a minimum 3% cost of living increase at the end of the lease term unless waived by the managing agent. Tenant Requirements: - There is a $40 application fee for all persons who apply that are 18 and over. - Credit scores of all applicants need to be no less than 675 with no delinquencies (our office will run credit, criminal background, and sex offender checks). - Couple applicants must make a combined income of at least 3 times the rental rate, room-mates must each qualify on their own for the unit. - Tenants are required to obtain renter’s insurance and it must show Hawaiian Isle as interested party. - Tenant will need to put electricity in his/her name prior to move-in.
