Second floor apartment that is newly renovated. The apartment is minutes from the Downtown Mall and UVA hospital. Located inside a historic building with hardwood floors, unique features mixed with modern amenities. It is well lit with a desk for office use in the living room. Full kitchen, full bathroom & washer and dryer included. The apartment enters into the living room, then continues into the bedroom, bedroom has ensuite bathroom attached, and then finally the kitchen. Washery/dryer is located in the kitchen. Black out curtains are provided for day sleepers. No pets are allowed unfortunately due to the hardwood floors. There are stairs to get to the building entrance.
