Access to the community outdoor pool, fitness center, volleyball, and tennis courts is available for an additional fee of $100 plus taxes per group per day. To book your pass and receive the amenity key card, you can go directly to the concierge. There is a shuttle upon request at concierge with a fee. Located in the heart of Orlando, where theme park enchantment, upscale shopping, and vibrant dining intersect, this tranquil oasis redefines the hospitality landscape. It's just 2 minutes away from Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park, placing you right in the heart of the magic. Everything you need is at your fingertips, but if you do venture out, enjoy world-class meals with your family and friends at many nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the community. It is 8 minutes from Disney World, 20 minutes from Sea World, and 30 minutes from Universal Studios. Check-out time is 10 am. Staying beyond the scheduled check-out time may incur a fee of up to $300. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We allow up to one house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs) with a pet fee of $150.
