The spacious family room centers on a flat-screen TV and comfy sofas. Access to the community pool and gym incurs a $100 plus taxes fee per group per day, and the concierge can arrange the amenity key card for you. A shuttle is available upon request at the concierge for a fee. Located in the heart of Orlando, this villa is just 8 minutes from Disney World, 20 minutes from SeaWorld, and 30 minutes from Universal Studios. A short drive brings you to a variety of dining options, from casual family-friendly eateries to upscale restaurants, all within a couple of miles. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10 am, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We allow up to one house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs) with a pet fee and $150 security deposit. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, we provide enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, there is a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided.
