Those who do not meet our normal renting criteria could still qualify through the guarantors program we offer. Utilities are ALWAYS the responsibility of the tenant,unless otherwise advertised. Tenants are also responsible for all lawn care and maintenance during tenancy. Security deposits are required for all properties,but we offer various deposit amounts and payment options,which are determined during the application process.
