About This Property

I have a 2 bed/1.5 bath townhouse rental. It is located off of 240 and May, and is close to everything! It is $725 per month with a $725 security deposit. There is no carpet. It has new laminate flooring and not new tile throughout for you allergy sufferers. The house was just painted. It is 2 story; bedrooms are located upstairs along with the full bath. The half bath, laundry room, living, kitchen and dining is located downstairs. There are 2 parking spots. This house is only 800 square feet. I will not cram a bunch of people into this house. It is definitely not big enough. The lease is for a year minimum. You do have to pay electric and water, sewer, trash through city of Oklahoma city. The application fee is $40 per adult to do a background check. I check for criminal activity and prior evictions. Credit is not checked except for what shows up on your background (bankruptcies, liens, garnishments etc), but you do need to prove that you afford the rent and have been at your job for over a year. If you call feel free to leave a message (its an answering service so don't let that confuse you) and I will get back to you as soon as possible. The house is move in ready.
