Close to just about everything one needs. Although there is a built-in Murphy bed, the unit comes unfurnished. Electricity and water are included in the rent. There is a window a/c and a full bath and full kitchen. There is coin laundry in the building and the building is secured and a pool. I'm sorry, but no parking is included. Looking to rent this unit out as soon as possible for a year's lease. The security deposit is the same amount as the rent. No smoking or vaping in the unit or building.
