Available mid-October. This renovated house sits in a quiet neighborhood right off the 31st St exit on I-235. The home has an updated exterior, new furnace, new AC, new front and back decks, new windows, new plumbing, new light fixtures, an updated bathroom, and an updated eat-in kitchen that includes new cabinets, countertops, and appliances. The home has original hardwood floors throughout it's open layout with a working fireplace in the living room. The main level has 2 bedrooms with ceiling fans and a bathroom in between. There is a finished basement that includes an extra room that could be used as another bedroom, the only catch is that's where the washer and dryer are. The basement room also includes a sound proof recording booth already wired and ready to go! Also in the basement is a storage room with built-in shelving and doors to outside. The new back deck includes a pergola. Some items/furniture in the home can be negotiated to stay with the home. Pets allowed up to 50lbs with a $250 pet fee and $25/month pet rent.
